On what would have been Judy Garland’s 99th Birthday, June 10th, 2021,we announced that Cosmetic Chemist and ‘certified nose’ Vincenzo (Vince) Spinnato was signed to develop a unisex fine fragrance officially called JUDY – A Garland Fragrance by Vincenzo Spinnato to be revealed on Ms. Garland’s 100th birthday, June 10th, 2022. Responses and media pick-up were received from all over the world. And so the work begins!
